Quantitative assessment and outcome monitoring and reporting of Palledium MER OVC II Project Participated in field interviewers training. Conduct interviews in all selected households. Keep updated records and databases of the assigned work. Keep database of OVCs in the household and taking Anthropometric measurements(Weight, Height, MUAC)  Complete, edit and submit all assigned work to the supervisor for cross-checking.

I was In charge of 30 acres under crops and I was accountable in preparing estimates of needs and make budget estimates of the farm as well as Plans and supervise all activities of the farm from land preparation, planting and harvesting of crops. I coordinated with farm labor contractor and schedule for planning and harvesting.Together with other stakeholders (Agro-dealers, Ministry of Agriculture),I was involved in Trainings and dissemination of information to farmers during field days and farm exhibitions and farm demonstrations.I worked closely with other employees of the farm in Inspection and maintenance of storage facilities in the farm, Ensuring farm produce meets market requirements and Identifying and management of pest and diseases in crops.

Qualitative Impact Assessment and Panel Survey for USAID KAVES Project(Kenya Agricultural Value Chain Enterprises) aimed at studying the productivity and income of smallholder farmers along the crop and dairy value chain.Responsibilities: Actively participated in Training on Data collection. Collection of Monitoring and Evaluation data through face to face interviews and field observations carried out for USAID-KAVES (Kenya Agricultural Value Chain Enterprises) PROJECT using a Tablet. Submitting the collected data to a cloud server. Responsible for safe custody of survey tools
