• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.• Coordinating and supervising project staff both in the field and in the office.• Preparation of bill of quantities and project estimates.• Managing the relationship with the client and all project stakeholders.• Tracking project progress and budget.

• Designing, drafting and installation of security systems: Access control,CCTV Surveillance systems, Evacuation systems, Fire alarms and Firefighting systems.• Design and commissioning of structured cabling works.• Developing and preparing engineering designs and drawings from sketches.• Design and supervision of civil works related to installation i.e. Foundations, Service ducts and Cable ways.• Supervision and testing of Cable works.• Attending site meetings and site surveys when required to.• Ensuring design drawings are updated daily on company system.• Preparation of BOQ’S for the various designed projects.

• Preparation of winning tenders, proposals and quotations for BMS systems, Generators, UPS, Low Voltage Switch Boards and Fire Detection Systems.• Represent the company in trade exhibitions, conferences and high-level meetings.• Negotiate contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLA) and manage the execution of the same.• Provide effective pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.• Conduct technical training and presentations to clients.
