- Assumed the duty of Lead Designer/Project Manager for a 11,200 sq.ft. Industrial/Office building renovation within a budget of $250,000. - Estimated all material quantities and labour for every stage of construction including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, light steel framing, drywall and interior finishes- Management of the construction process including detailed scheduling of sub-trades and verification with Owner for all building component decisions.

- Produced Permit and Construction ready drawings required for residential/multi-residential projects - Completed material take-offs and produced purchase orders for all sub-contractors services.

- Assisted in the design and structural layout of multiple residential projects.- Residential projects included steel dock systems, boathouses, cottages and custom homes ranging from $250,000 to $2,000,000.

- Responsible for running a crew of 6-10 licensed carpenters and basic labourers- Skills gained in designing and forming residential concrete foundations- Constructed 14 custom homes in Winnipeg and surrounding area.

- Framing and finish carpentry of custom cottages, boathouses and landscaping structures- Intricate trim work and flooring for many large projects in excess of $2,000,000- Assisted in the construction of projects from beginning to finish. Duties included: Foundation forming, wood framing, basic plumbing, insulation, drywall, finish carpentry and painting.
