Lead Project Manager on ADP Vantage HCM focused in Benefits. Manage client projects (Annual Enrollment, Mid-Year Changes, Acquisitions, etc.), oversee all Benefit Project Managers and Escalations. In addition to the above I act as the Vantage Benefit spokesperson/contact for internal ADP business partners.

The Senior HCM Service Consultant works closely with the business and clients, as well as other teams to remove barriers to completing functional activities, and contribute to product evolution. Successfully delivers assignments on-time, in-budget, and with high quality while working under heavy work loads. Maintains positive attitude and seeks opportunities to further contributions to the team and clients.Responsible for the most complex functional assignments, including functional and solution design, specification creation, requirements gathering, working with Product Management, Development and Learning and Performance on evolving products, working with partners to define standard integration. Develops and reviews functional project deliverables such as testing strategy, functional specifications, functional design, and solution design. Works under deadlines and subject to heavy workloads. Works closely with client, internal business partners, 3rd party vendors, and other groups to deliver assignments. Represents full functional scope of project and is client contact point for functional component of scope. Understands base application in order to suggest options client and internal partners to implement client requirements, as well as determine feasibility and appropriate utilization of delivered tool (i.e. core product features, ADP Reporting or customization as well as AVS (Added Value Services): Virtual Edge, SASS, etc.). Seeks out opportunities to leverage best practices and reusable objects to meet requirements in an efficient and effective manner. Able to use delivered tools to meet business requirements, such as Vantage workflows, features and functionality, Autopay, Vantage Time (EeTime), Virtual Edge Pro or High Volume, e-I9, SASS, Health & Welfare Service Engine and ADP Reporting for report and data extractions.

- Configure the data validation, plan design, event, import, export, participant communication, ESS rules, and functions using the Service Engine Configuration Tool. - Coordinate configuration efforts with the Interface Analyst and the Benefits Export Manager.- Coordinate data load and extract requests with the Benefits Export Manager and the Interface Analyst.- Identify change control situations and outstanding client requirements and escalate to the Project Manager or Service - Delivery Manager.- Review change control requirements and provide time and feasibility estimates to the Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager.- Unit test configuration results using the Unit Test Checklist. Coordinate unit test efforts with the Interface Analyst.- Transition client configuration to Testing Specialist for integration testing; make corrections to configuration issues in preparation for approval to move to the client acceptance test environment- Correct defects identified by the client during the User Acceptance phase.- Promote and Publish as determined by security credentials.- Transition documentation and knowledge from the Implementation Configuration Analyst. Participate in applicable transition meetings scheduled by the Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager.- Work closely with the client to ensure system quality and implement changes to rules configuration.
