I have been a life-long learner, professionally serving in various roles within the experiential education field. Utilizing evidence-based practices I have designed and facilitated intentional outdoor programs for leading organizations throughout North America. Eventually this professional path led to founding an experiential education nonprofit to empower youth to explore, achieve, and lead outdoors. My objectives:To better the institutions, organizations, agencies, and businesses that I serve though intentional action.Specialties: Experiential education program assessment, design, implementation and consultation. My services include work for programs which focus on adventure therapy, adventure education, outdoor education, outdoor leadership, and interdisciplinary programming. Specialties include: programming assessment and development including, risk management, faculty development, student assessment, therapeutic interventions, differentiated learning, brain-based learning and expeditionary living. I also have significant experience in board governance, fundraising, and working for nonprofit organizations.
