The company grew from $0 to nearly $60MM in annual sales in three years at which time Evernet had 21 offices in 18 cities across the country and was doing in excess of $1.5MM per month in service revenue alone. In 1992, the company was sold to Control Data.During the initial growth phase of the company, played a prominent role in the acquisition strategy of the twelve companies that Evernet acquired. This included the identification of acquisition candidates, due diligence and contract negotiation.Designed and implemented a 17-city, frame relay WAN and numerous software systems to provide Evernet with the necessary tools to operate as a widely distributed organization. Some of these systems include cc:Mail, Lotus Notes and Platinum accounting as well as several custom-written ones.
