This included the identification of acquisition candidates, due diligence and contract negotiation.Designed and implemented a 17-city, frame relay WAN and numerous software systems to provide Evernet with the necessary tools to operate as a widely distributed organization. Some of these systems include cc:Mail, Lotus Notes and Platinum accounting as well as several custom-written ones.
