With a Bachelor's degree in Education and almost 30 years experience in the training and education fields, I have an extensive background creating training classes from the ground up including needs analysis, creating instructional material and conducting training classes both in the classroom and online for both internal and external clientele. Additionally, these experiences included all the facilitation needed to conduct trainings including marketing and communication plans, peer and manager coaching and evaluation of all training activities to ensure knowledge benchmarks were met and maintained. This training experience encompasses many genera of material including new hire training and on boarding, call center customer service, professional development, software training, train the trainer and technical training in the I-T environment. This includes formerly working as a trainer/educator at Raymond James Financial, Coca Cola Enterprises and Point & Pay LLC as well as some time teaching in the public-school setting. Throughout my career, I have used the latest training and curriculum development methodologies to complete my work, especially making use of the ADDIE/SAM model of training/education performance. I am also well versed in using current technologies in my day to day activities including the Microsoft Office and Adobe suites of productivity software along with several other training and online authoring tools including Camtasia and have a keen sense for learning and working with the latest LMS programs in the industry.
