Overseeing all the design iterations and customer research. Build the design team from scratch by hiring a multi-disciplined team with Interaction, Visual designers and UX Researchers with an eye on career development and guide the team with clear principles to achieve their goals.To achieve customer-centric thinking we created our own usability space for our squads to test, iterate and conduct surveys and customer interviews to fully understand customer behavior in the stores as well as buying a car online. On an average day, I collaborate with the designers from our customer and vehicle journey squad, to help them understand the customer's problems and how we most effectively improve that experience. Support our Research team and other business stakeholder in getting the market insights they need. - Make sure the design & UX strategy is executed across the board- Customer-centric thinking during the design process- Translating the desired user experience into the actual path a customer follows on the platform through the use of wireframes- Designing elements used throughout the user experience of our customer- Optimise performance (measures of success) across devices and standards- Work together with PM, Developers, and other business stakeholders to determine additional tracking needs, and to set up A|B & multivariate tests- Build up a way of working to support effective conversion optimization and UI design Show less
