Lead data and client digital services organization, overseeing all client digital experiences with bank, as well as underlying enterprise data platform (sourcing data to all client and employee applications). Oversaw creation of enterprise digital strategy and delivery and support of all digital experiences, including all client websites, mobile apps, APIs, and data transmissions. Managed and oversaw creation of enterprise data strategy and delivery and support of enterprise data platform comprised of data lake, data warehouse, data delivery services, data governance function and team, and data analytics capability and team. Some of my key accomplishment include:- Guided team to winning multiple awards, including best wealth management mobile experience three years in a row (Bright New Media 2015, 2016, 2017) and best in technology for North America (Financial Times 2017). - Delivered first-ever client digital services private cloud architecture and platform, and moved all legacy client digital applications to private cloud, resulting in 50% annual savings in digital delivery and operational costs. - Developed and delivered enterprise data services platform, enabling retirement of multiple legacy platforms while avoiding duplicate delivery of new data platforms across business units and application teams, resulting in $50,000,000 in annual capital investment savings. - Created data analytics function, delivering multiple big data projects focused on revenue generation, operational efficiency, and improved client and employee satisfaction. Quantified $50,000,000 in benefits realized as result of big data projects.

Acted as first-ever chief business architect for wealth management business unit. Defined business-driven, technology-enabled business architecture and technology delivery road map and budget. Oversaw annual technology capital investment budget of $50,000,000. Focused core efforts on improving client digital experience, guiding total redesigns of two primary client websites and creating organization’s first-ever mobile apps (phone and tablet). Oversaw launch of advisor mobility program, focused on rolling out iPads to advisors and building contemporary advisor iPad apps to structure client presentations and collaborative financial planning conversations. Led advisor workstation program in delivering new sales and servicing platform used for all sales, on-boarding, and servicing. Some of my key accomplishments include:- Redesigned client websites to close competitive gaps, growing client website enrollment from 30% in 2011 to 70% in 2017 while saving bank $10,000,000 annually. - Won “Best Mobile” award three times (2015 to 2017) from Bright New Media.- Received “Best Technology - North America” in 2018 from Financial Times. - Won “Best Private Bank” from Financial Times multiple times during tenure.

Led retail brokerage and treasury services information technology organizations. Acted as executive director for commercial card technology strategic development during final two years of tenure. Led all phases of development of new strategic technology platform to support all commercial card products. Served as senior vice president and head of broker dealer support services technology from 2007 to 2009. Guided definition of brokerage’s three-year technology strategy and managed delivery and maintenance of all front-, middle-, and back-office brokerage technology.- Conducted brokerage integration program, resulting in successful creation of JPMorgan Clearing Corporation and saving bank $10,000,000 annually in brokerage technology and operations costs. - Established new automated account opening work-flow process, reducing opening time frame from seven business days to less than four hours and saving bank $10,000,000 annually. - Collapsed six legacy commercial card platforms into newly-developed PaymentNet platform, saving bank $5,000,000 annually while creating more contemporary, competitive client experience for commercial card clients.

Prior to working at JPMorgan Chase, I worked for sixteen years at Accenture. Most recently I served as Partner in Accenture’s Wealth Management practice. Managed and delivered complex business and technology transformational programs for multiple prominent financial services organizations, including A.G. Edwards, Ameriprise Financial, Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, COUNTRY Insurance and Financial Services, Zurich Scudder Investments, Deutsche Bank, JPMorganChase, The Northern Trust, U.S. Bancorp, Piper Jaffray, Wells Fargo, Chicago Board of Trade, and CNA Insurance. Participated in application development, mergers and acquisitions, process reengineering, strategy development, and organizational design. Developed functional expertise in wealth management industry and specialized in sector during latter part of tenure. Led wealth management practice, reporting directly to global head of wealth management. Guided U.S. Bancorp merger program, receiving best client initiative award by leadership team in 1998. Led A.G. Edwards back- office transformation program, saving A.G. Edwards $20,000,000 annually while creating state-of-the-art brokerage middle and back office. Managed COUNTRY Financial client engagement to create new investments business unit, producing $20,000,000 annually to bottom line of COUNTRY’s balance sheet. Led multiple JPMorgan, Bank One, and NBD merger programs to integrate new consolidated JPMC entity. Won several Accenture and JPMC awards for different phases of merger. Designed electronic order-entry platform at Chicago Board of Trade, enabling placement of first electronic orders at exchange and eventually leading to completely automated trading at CBoT.
