Sourcing and Recruiting: Proactively source and attract qualified candidates for open positions, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships.2. Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.3. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, focusing on high-demand roles such as DevSecOps, Big Data Architects, and Cloud Engineers.4. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and technologies to streamline workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve overall efficiency.5. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as attending career fairs, organizing meetups, and leveraging social media to promote Turret Labs/Equinordic as an attractive employer.6. Partnership Management: Foster and maintain relationships with external partners, including technology vendors, educational institutions, and professional organizations, to expand candidate sourcing channels.7. Staff Augmentation: Leverage existing client relationships and explore new opportunities to provide staff augmentation services, matching qualified contractors with client project requirements.8. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, source of hire, and other key performance indicators, to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
