With over six years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, I have developed a passion for innovation, creativity, and customer satisfaction. I have led and contributed to multiple projects and campaigns that aimed to enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of Austria as a destination, using state-of-the-art technologies and methods.Currently, I work as an innovation consultant for the Austrian Federal Computing Centre, where I am part of the open innovation initiative "DigiConnect". Together with our stakeholders, we explore new ways of developing ideas and innovation projects for the further development of administrative procedures. My mission is to create a positive impact for the public sector and the society, by applying my skills and knowledge in open innovation strategy, innovation management, and design-thinking. I also enjoy sharing my insights and expertise as a lecturer at FHWien der WKW, where I teach digital marketing in tourism.
