Meridian is focused on the development of innovative and environmentally-compliant oil refining facilities. Our current focus is on the development of the "Davis Refinery" (49,500 bpd) on a 715 acre parcel just outside Belfield, North Dakota in the heart of the Bakken. The plant is currently in the design phase with groundbreaking expected in early 2018. Plant completion of the initial construction phase is expected by early 2021.

Pungitore Energy Development, LLC is a private energy consulting company that provides with technical evaluation, preliminary design & equipment selection, project origination, proforma development and project finance assistance. Pungitore Energy is currently assisting Energy3 International, LLC with a waste-to-renewable fuel project. Pungitore Energy Development was first incorporated in 2004 to own and operate the Jerry B. Buckley Hydro Power Project, FERC 8118.

Owned and operated a small hydropower project in Georgetown, Colorado. FERC License 8118. Obtain project financing and negotiated a new PPA with Xcel Energy. The project was sold to the City of Blackhawk, Colorado in 2008.

Serveron was a venture capital funded start-up technology company that developed a power transformer monitoring company. As Vice President of Sales, I trained and mentored an existing sales force, hired new regional managers and developed and over saw the launch of the new technology. Shortly after joining Serveron, the board of directors hired a new CEO. I helped the incoming CEO during the transition period and exited the corporation to allow him to select his own people.
