Als klantadviseur ben ik het aanspreekpunt van zowel de interne als externe klanten van Kober kinderopvang. Dit kan telefonisch, via de mail of via Whatsapp business. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de planning van kinderen op een aantal opvanglocaties en verzorg alles van a tot z. Denk hierbij aan het eerste (informatieve) contact tot het versturen van de contracten en juiste facturen via Flexkids. Daarnaast adviseer ik ook mijn directe collega's en behoort ook basis applicatiebeheer tot mijn werkzaamheden.

Als Serviceteam medewerker ben ik voortdurend telefonisch en via e-mail in contact met ouders, unitmanagers en andere partijen. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de planning van kinderen op een vast aantal locaties. Daarnaast vind ik het een uitdaging om de best passende opvang te regelen voor de ouders. Ook zorg ik voor een goede administratieve verwerking zodat ouders het juiste contract en de goede factuur krijgen.

As Studio Manager I am responsible for the running of the entire company. This with help of the owner. My work includes the time-management of staff, first customer contact, create offers, planning of the activities with the relevant colleagues and much more.

As a Retail Marketingmanager I'm responsible for the correct delivery of the monthly brochures (3 million each month), the design of it, POS materials and every other marketing products to support the 43 shops in the Netherlands and the webshops.

As the Shopmanager at Dynabyte I was leading a team of salespersons in my own shop. My jobs were: Selling computerrelated products, provide services to the customers and achieve targets.

As a sales person, my goal was to sell the products Dynabyte had in stock. Off course listen to the wishes of the customers and sell them the right products.

At this company I was responsable for some "interactive" multimedia presentations made with Macromedia Director. I also worked as an assistent and actor on television/commercial productions.
