Project: Contact Center ManagerSennheiser Jan 2019 - Feb 2020Amsterdam Area, NetherlandsGlobal project manager and aiming for continuous improvement concerning the implementation of Anywhere365 (telephone routing system) at Sennheiser sales subsidiaries. Project until December 2019.Gain better insights into customer data and contact center performance with the goal to increase year over year service level (SLA).+ Telephone routing system or contact center solution will be rolled out worldwide. In 2018 the implementation has started in EMEA with a successful Go Live in 11 countries and all major milestones have been reached, without any delay, as stipulated in the project plan. Currently 150 colleagues are working daily with this new tool.+ After EMEA the project team is currently working on the implementation in AMERICAS which is scheduled for September 2019. + Creation of various contact forecast models concerning days, weeks, months and mathematically evaluating the number of people / skills needed.+ Based on planning data overseeing the actual service situation, comparing and analyzing bad quality (SL) or bad efficiency situations and demanding shift of resources to operational management. -
