I'm a buyer with over 15 years of experience in project-, product- and non product related purchasing. Within these years I have been responsible for managing a purchasing department, supporting projects and the purchasing of several commodities such as: sheet metal and bar, sheet metal parts, turned and machined parts, plastic parts and (medical) systems. I'm well known with ISO13485 qualification related to supplier management.Within projects I was part of multifunctional teams for the purchasing of things like production machines and (NPD) Core Team projects. Before switching to the product related purchasing I coordinated the Facilities segment of the department for about 2 years.Friends, family and colleagues see me as a hard working and trust worthy person who is always ready to assist anyone who needs it. I'm very committed to my work and the company I work for. But I'm also a family man who will spend every possible moment with my wife and kids. Because I have a very wide interest in things it is very easy for me to switch to new activities if needed without losing focus on the difference between major and minor things.
