Manages the day-to-day IT operations of Sta. Lucia Department Store, providing support in various aspects of the business ranging from in-house and commercial software applications, customer loyalty, accounting and sales, POS operations (lifecycle: planning, purchasing, deployment, licensing, management, migration, disposal) legal compliance, among others. Management with a major emphasis on network management and connectivity. Acts main as project lead/stakeholder to ensure the success of the project within approved budget.Provides additional IT support for other Sta. Lucia Group of Companies such as Commercial Corporation, Leisure Group, occasional project support for Supermarket and other Affiliates. Provides continuing support to mall-wide IT-related projects such as CCTV and other IT infrastructure, audio/video, media and communication linkages.
