Law is my fourth career involving real estate. I create real estate solutions based on my experience in Law, as an MAI Appraiser, Professional Planner & as a Realtor/Developer as a "grunt in the trenches" in small and large firms and in municipal, county, state and federal government.I started out in real estate by cleaning out the first FHA "repo" my Realtor-father bought. When I was in grade school, I sat in open houses for Dad. During and after college, I worked building new homes where I dug footings, laid rebar, toe-nailed hardwood floors and framed up walls. I designed the home I live in now for my parents 35 years ago, defended casino-hotel tax assessments, helped create a HUD Housing Notice on appraisal that has been used for over 10 years and wrote the definitive article on NJ attorneys performing mortgage modifications. For more detail, see Bio or Professional Experience at www.ScardilliLaw.com. N.J. Supreme Ct Advisory Committee on Atty Advertising Op 36 (12/26/2005) requires me to make this disclaimer: "All attorney listings are a paid attorney advertisement, and do not in any way constitute a referral or endorsement by an approved or authorized lawyer referral service". Scardilli, L.L.C. to provide representation to a specific party.Specialties: • Real Estate Law•
