Renegotiated and amended leases to ensure proper accounting/valuation for the sale of the Company. ✔ Negotiated the real estate provisions in the acquisition documents for the sale of the Company to Advance Auto Parts.

I established this real estate development and consulting firm to identify and develop sites for retailers. Key Accomplishments✔ Reached agreement with BI-LO to purchase 2 grocery stores and a parcel of land in Murfreesboro, TN. Assigned the contract and developed the land for Publix.✔ Sold or negotiated lease terminations for 71 Winn-Dixie stores. ✔ Developed 18 Eckerd Drug Stores and 1 Albertson’s anchored shopping center.

Brought in by this $13B supermarket chain to assess its underperforming real estate portfolio and staff. Established processes for approving new stores, remodels, and closures.
