• Acknowledge all incoming trace requests within the two hour time frame set out in the Global Trace Procedures and ensure all traces are kept up to date until closure
• Log Trace request to the relevant agents, forward mail to the relevant stations ensuring this is done at a regular intervals
• Give assistance telepathically to international branches with tracing of inbound/outbound shipments ensuring your actions are logged on GEMA for reference
• Receive and respond to request from origin for new customer information i.e. Telephone number or contact person’s full physical address to enable delivery of shipments
• In the event of a trace resulting in a claim or a complaint, a complaint should be raised and handed to the customer Care Department to action.
