Provided oversight and direction to Task Order team consisting of Flight Engineers, Crew Chiefs, Instructor Pilots, Aircraft Maintenance Instructors, TADSS Technicians, and TADSS Site lead recruited personnel necessary to perform assigned tasks; establish and alter (as necessary) program organization to provide effective contract support; assign, schedule, and provide configuration control and quality assurance of team deliverables. Assisted Program Manager (PM) to monitor and balance the constraints of scope, quality, schedule, resources, and risk while satisfying contract requirements and meeting stakeholder expectations. Supports the ETSC contract on the Afghanistan Air Force (AAF) and Special Mission Wing (SMW) Training Support Services (TSS) task order in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Advised, instructed, and mentored prospective ISOF soldiers and leaders in all facets of special operations tactics and techniques both theoretical and practical under a rigorous physical training program.

MD-530 Light Air Support Helicopter (LASH) Task Order Manager (TOM)Advised, instructed, and mentored on ammunition handling and weapons maintenance for the FN M3P machine gun. Provided Afghan Air Force (AAF) and TAAC-AIR subject matter expertise, guidance, and training.

Advised and instructed Afghan National Army Engineer School (ANAES) instructors and students on HVAC refrigerant hazards, safety, and fundamentals of heat transfer.

- Supervised and instructed all aspects of Special Operations Intelligence for team and company in the countries of Iraq, Afghanistan, Qatar, and Jordan. - Provided tactical and technical guidance to company Commanders and Sergeants Major as well as Operations Sergeant, Operational Detachment Sergeant, and Team Leader.- Assumed duties as Operations Sergeant, and Operational Detachment Sergeant.- Prepared intelligence estimate (analysis) during mission planning and preparation.- Employed conventional and unconventional techniques in intelligence collection and processing during unilateral, combined, coalition, joint, interagency, and multinational operations.- Planned, organized, trained, advised, assisted, and supervised indigenous and allied personnel on collection and processing of intelligence information.- Established intelligence nets, capable of establishing personnel identification through fingerprinting and other means of biometric and forensic collection.- Established security plan, asset threat, vulnerabilities, and performed security duties.- Maintained all classified documents in the operational area and establishes destruction and evacuation plans.- Provided area specific assistance to U.S. forces, coalition, and outside agencies.
