Renewable Power develops commercial and industrial scale PV and energy efficiency projects. The company was founded in 2008 and has developed and installed numerous commercial scale solar electric projects, generally in the 200-500KW size range. Also developed a 10 MW solar farm, resulting in a fifteen year lease for the landowners with the solar farm financial owner. Role included all utility interaction, BPU filings, FERC filing and oversight of system design. Solar farm is fully funded and commenced operation Q1 2016. Notable projects include Astor Chocolate (500KW), Wayne Tile (300KW), The Opper Group (700KW),Saint Peters University (seven systems), Britannica Fashions, and WP Properties (five systems for total of 1.6 MW. Enexco financed PPAs for two of these early commercial rooftop commercial systems for which Renewable Power has secured 10 year SREC contracts from JCP&L Two recent projects included integrated 250 KW inverter/battery systems that provide voltage and frequency support to the electric grid using Princeton Power inverters and Lithium Ion batteries. Projects included first net metered solar at sites with cogeneration behind the meter.

Founded the Solar Center in April 2005 and built company into No. 2 residential solar integrator in NJ with 500+ customers acquired in 24 months, three installation crews and 35 total employees.. Most systems utilized high power Sanyo HIT modules. Twenty systems included battery backup to enable operation during grid outages. Systems sold included over 40 solar thermal systems. Developed first cogeneration plants connected to the electric grids in NY & NJ. Systems included packaged and site specific cogeneration plants using reciprocating engines and natural gas turbines to produce electricity and steam or hot water. Projects included a 3.4 MW trigeneration plant in northern New Jersey. Largest project developed while at Turner Power Group was a 50MW combined cycle plant at Nestle chocolate factory in Fulton, NY using a GE LM5000 prime mover.

Developed and managed sales for this Long Island based supplier and installation company. Delivered 1500 solar hot water systems and numerous space heating systems. Projects also included geothermal heating and cooling systems for large residential buildings.
