Planning and Development of remodel projects. Completion of all documentation for construction, bid and permit related needs.

Preparation of design documents (floor plans, pre-construction drawings, presentations, etc) in English and Spanish language corresponding to various new hotel projects, working closely with the Interior Design Department, Project and Site Managers. The majority of the projects are renovations of existing buildings formatted to the company brand's style.

Managed group of professionals (Electrical, HVAC, Structural, Lighting, etc.) for the planning and development of the remodel project of the casino. Led team of 4 architects for the completion of all architectural and construction drawings, as well as all permit related documentation.

Planning and design of lighting projects, from concept sketches to construction drawings and specifications. Led work team of 2-3 architects for the completion of all documentation (calculations, construction details, layouts, renderings, presentations, specifications). Achieved international LEED certification on various projects.

Inspected and reviewed with contractors and installers the progress and quality of all finishing (flooring, paint, furniture, windows, wall coverings etc.) as well as electrical, water, HVAC and lighting systems. Prepared construction progress reports, assisted Project Manager with site supervision and construction progress in all areas linked to guestroom completion.

First as a drafter, progressing up to a designer. In charge of furniture and interior design, as well as preparation of construction drawings, presentations and 3D imagery. Prepared layout plans and installation drawings in coordination with electrical, sound and A/V specialists.
