As president of Nexus Construction Service Group LLC, I bring more than 40 years of experience in heavy, highway, site development and industrial construction, my responsibilities with Nexus include oversight and final approval of all operations and expenditures for services provided by Nexus. Services provided by Nexus to owners, engineers and general contractors include project management, bid preparations and budgets, design constructability and contract document review, value engineering, dispute resolution and claims preparation.Prior to joining Nexus, I served as the vice president, pre-construction services for Bloomsdale Excavating Co., Inc. My responsibilities included business development, project selection, procurement, contract bidding compliance, contract negotiations, design, and bid preparations and submittals.
