Tasks and responsibilities:- Managing a team of professionals who focus on technical IT Management, Service and Test Management, Service Desk and Identity and Access Management;- Responsible for the quality of ICT services at the ABN AMRO Pension Fund in the field of technical management and authorizations;- Responsible for translating the business plan of ABN AMRO Pension Fund to developments in ICT, translate this to a clear vision for future technical management of both internal- and external information management;- Responsible for the conduct of control over internal- and external supplier management, in the form of Service Level Agreements (SLAs);- Responsible for the preparation of an annual department plan and budget and take care of optimal balance between costs, benefits and quality;- Establish governance organization for managing IT suppliers and supervising team members fulfill management role;- Project manager for the Brexit-1 project. This project is responsible for migrating the applications related to the pension administration to a new data center;- Project member for the SLIM project. This project is responsible for the implementation of an information management solution (SharePoint). In this project, I am responsible for the workflow 'Information & Systems'. My responsibility was to identify the business requirements/needs and select the new supplier. Currently responsible for managing the supplier during the project.Successes:- Successful completion of the project for privatization of the ABN AMRO Pension Fund. In the role of project officer I was responsible for the supplier selection and the management of suppliers for the implementation of a new ICT environment (workstations / network / telephony / MFP’s) for the new location;- Establish cooperation (processes and work agreements) with and between the new IT providers for End User Computing.
