Deputy Director Of Information Technology
Responsible for assisting with the planning, directing and organizing of all Information Technology IT systems and functions at the Office of the Attorney General. Assist with providing the user community with high quality, consistently available IT service, support training, and maintenance of all IT systems utilized throughout the Office. Ensure the availability of advanced technical support of hardware, software, applications, operating systems, networking, printing, remote access, system integration, and video production. Participate in departmental budgeting process and responsible for managing budgets associated with assigned IT program responsibilities; work directly with department heads and executive management to provide clear business solutions that meet OAG goals and objectives; manage large technology projects; assess and monitor work load of administrative and support systems; identify opportunities for improvement and direct/implement changes as needed. Left to pursue VCIO consulting opportunities.
