Provide analyses and the financial implications of organizational change, funding mechanism changes, new hospital funding requests, and new faculty recruitment commitments. Manage current and forecasted cash flow to develop strategy to maintain good financial standing. • Process and systems implementation. With BMC and BUMG, transitioned to Infor Accounting system while maintaining the reporting structure needs specific to Medicine. Implemented new process under BU Payroll to better utilize Infor system capabilities and reduce monthly payroll-related workload. Validated data integrity through system testing and checks.
