Today, the brand is available on 15+ marketplaces with a multilingual brand store that has grown to millions of D2C turnover. In 2021, I led the development and launch of our new brand store which is fully integrated with our IT- and logistic systems and connected to our online marketing tools. In addition, I developed various retail concepts and supported international Duux importers in building and activating localized campaigns and assets.My responsibilities include:• Developing and updating brand identity guidelines;• Acting as guardian of all brand communication and messaging to ensure consistency across all markets and touchpoints;• Defining requirements for new product development by analyzing customer feedback through data, reviews, panels and market trends;• Continuously improving the brand store to optimize the customer journey, including landing pages, decision aids, PDPs, calculators, blogs and trust signals;• Providing creative input and coordinating seasonal lifestyle photoshoots;• Distributing visual assets and product content through our DAM and PIM systems;• Developing and coordinating organic & paid social media strategy;• Managing various paid marketing channels, including email marketing, META/Google ads and influencer marketing;• Creating and launching new (service) concepts, such as a new sustainable packaging, global e-learning platform and “Stay Cool” AC repair service;• Main brand contact for marketing agencies and freelancers;• Developing a PR strategy to engage with media, creators, and affiliates to generate exposure and build trust;• Leading and organizing offline events (trade fairs, roadshows, PR events) to connect with media and partners;• Contributing to the development of the business strategy and vision as a member of the management team.
