Worked as lead frontend developer & architect on the Rabobank Design System & Online Platform. The work was crucial in achieving & implementing a uniform, organization-wide design system. 6 million customers are using Rabobank's applications. The online platform is the foundation for the online banking environments and is being used by 40+ feature teams to develop the banking apps & features. Built and led two experienced frontend teams to create a new version of the library, There was a continuous focus on getting the right talented & motivated people together to build up the new library, never taking shortcuts on sustainable quality. Applying the learnings of the past into the new version and make sure the team worked on the same vision & goals. By reusing the core technology and content management solution of Travel Builders, they could provide this extra handy service with low costs in their own branded mobile application.
