The Lotus Notes Development Factory is a cross functional shared service provider for all of Chrysler LLC. In this position I managed a team that ranged from 6-15 people (employees, supplemental workers, rite source on shore and off shore). I interacted with customer bases that spanned all areas of functionality in the corporation. We developed, supported or maintained over 500 applications ranging from simple to complex, used by thousands of clients both internal and external to Chrysler.

As the project manager for the Chrysler Dealership Audit Systems group, I was responsible for the development and implementation of computerized audit systems. I also developed and conducted training for the dealership audit field staff located across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The audit systems were laptop based and ran in either a standalone environment, or remotely connected to the corporate infrastructure from dealerships, hotel rooms or the auditor’s house.
