1. Solve NPI production issues (work with ME team) and optimize CM's production.2. Minimize the production failure rate (work with R&D team) in NPI stage. 3. Improve functional testing coverage rate of new products.4. Leverage product spec. from design team to optimize the products development efficiently. 5. Modularize production experience design (DFM) for easy inspection and maintenance.6. Release test package (work with TE team) to CM and solving relevant test issues.

Testing PM (3-4 years)1. Confirm testing spec. with clients and check if R&D/test team could make it on time.2. Arrange testing resource and schedule.3. Weekly defect meeting and test status report.4. Assist R&D/test team with systems and test environment build up.System PM (1 year)1. Develop NPI schedule and proceed it based on client's requirements. 2. Cross-functional communication and arrange resources to ensure project development efficiently.3. Call Meeting with clients and tracking project status.4. Solve any possible issues in NPI and MP stage.
