Denny Chapman holds a BS in Public Relations/Journalism, Radio-TV and is a Media Host, Equine & Firearms Industry Brand Ambassador, NRA Firearms Instructor/Chief Range Safety Officer and Certified Taser Instructor. A current USPSA, Multi-Gun and Steel Challenge competitor, Denny is a former Professional Mounted Shooting Competitor with titles in CMSA, MSA, CSA and SASS, including a World Championship title in SASS All-Around (Cowboy Action Shooting + Mounted Shooting), and is a graduate of the NRA Range Development and Operations program. Denny has been a television host featured on GunTV and was a cast member of History Channel’s “Top Shot” television series. Denny has been one of the most well-known personalities in the sport of Mounted Shooting, having trained competitors and Mounted Shooting horses from all over the United States and Canada, and has conducted clinics for visitors from Europe and South America. Denny is one of the most versatile horsemen in the sport of Mounted Shooting, having over 30 years of experience with 20+ breeds and multiple disciplines including Versatility Ranch Horse, Reining, Team Roping, Driving, Dressage, Jumping, Working Cow Horse, as well as Trick & Roman Riding and Media Stunt Work. Denny also has a line of signature Mounted Shooting saddles and tack. He currently owns and operates Florida Taser Training, a civilian self-defense Taser product and training franchise, and continues to do media work and brand ambassadorship, while serving as Media Host and Content Creator in the Outdoor, Survival, Firearms, Equine and Canine industries.
