• Design cash flow projection for the mining project in Morowali.• Decide the arrangement of mining, hauling, transhipment, armada.• Design contracts between mining contractors (mining, hauling, shipping) and the company.• Design nickel ore sampling Standard Operational Procedure as according to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) which includes samples from drilling, mining and hauling.• Design nickel ore sample preparation Standard Operational Procedure as according to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) for drilling, mining and hauling• Coordinate with an appointed third hand laboratory institute (such as INTERTEK) to run Standard Operational Procedure for shipment sampling and sample preparation.• Producing nickel ore X-RAY Scan lab results with high precision (standard deviation of 0.05% from licensed laboratory (such as INTERTEK).• Monthly X-Supreme (X-RAY sample scanner) calibration.• Monthly maintenance control on sample preparation's gears such as crushers, pulverizer, ovens, plate and mini hydraulic pump (to press prepared nickel samples into pellets).• Daily Control on sample preparation's Standard Operational Procedure.• Weekly Audit on Sample-taking (drill & hauling) Standard Operational Procedure.• Distribute stockpile lab results.• Collect and analyze drill data for future mine expansion.
