Support the project, manufacturing, and service teams to build and install water and wastewater solutions by providing advice throughout each project delivery phase and attending weekly progress meetings if required.6. Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.7. Coach and mentor members of the engineering team including preparing performance development plans, encouraging ongoing professional development, and reviewing performance.8. As a member of the senior management team, develop operational plans and budgets, review operational performance, and identify business improvement needs.9. Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, processes and products.

Prepares process design documentation of water & wastewater treatment systems, such as Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID), General Arrangement (GA) Drawing, Control Philosophy and Functional Description, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manual, and HAZOP worksheet.Engineering analysis and modelling.

Prepares calculation and design of new project or process modification, especially efficiency project at Plant Utility, such as water treatment (potable water plant, demineralization plant, cooling tower, chilled water system and steam boiler plant, waste water treatment plant, plant air and instrument air, nitrogen plant, and incinerator plant. Continually monitoring plant operation and control room operation. Continually studies plant operation, emergency manual and procedure. Troubleshoot in process deviation and attempt to establish assignable causes. Checking shift log and electronic log. Checking correct operation of fixed safety. Take sample and analyze as required. Ensure relevant and updated documentation. Proactively give the valuable input for requirement of ISO 14001-Environmental Management System.  Internal auditor of ISO 14001-Environmental Management SystemCommissioning, Normal Operation, Shutdown, and Trouble Shooting utilities chemical/petrochemical plant, such as water treatment (potable water plant, demineralization plant, cooling tower, chilled water system and steam boiler plant), waste water treatment plant, plant air and instrument air, nitrogen plant, and incinerator plant. Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) knowledge of chemical/petrochemical plant.
