Job Description:• Responsible to control BOP system from DCS. (Central Control Room using DCS GE Mark VI, WTP Control using PLC Siemens S7-200)• Responsible for Air Compressor system operation, N2, H2, CO2 supply, Fire Fighting house, Fire alarm system, drain and sump pump, Black Start Emergency Diesel Generator, and WTP plant production.• Supervise the commissioning test documentation, organizing of commissioning technicians and support resources.• Leading team to do the commissioning test operation based on Plan schedule.• Leading the field operator to do the Pre-start Check procedure before start-up• Build communication between owner and Commissioning Team during the testing and result of commissioning.• Responsible leading weekly run for Fire Fighting Pump & Black Start Emergency Diesel Generator.• Analyze every abnormal condition during the commissioning process.• Reporting to Manager commissioning during the testing process or finish the commissioning process.
