Undertaking asbestos surveys on a range of building types, leading a team of surveyors on three major projectsincluding an estate wide survey of RAF Bassingbourn for the Ministry Of Defence and Primark and M&S’s nationwiderefurbishments.During this employment I became trained for asbestos removal and was responsible for the logistical setup of manyremoval jobs involving a good level of coordination between myself and the client’s facilities management team.

A newly established position created to mobilise and administrate an IT & Facilities Helpdesk for the 200-onsite andexternal staff members. Responsibilities ranged from the management for front of house reception staff and sitesecurity through to the co-ordination of 3rd party contractors for the servicing of M&E plant equipment for legislativecompliance. Was a key member of a project team formed to oversee the refurbishment of a new office involvingconstruction, IT and fire safety consultants and contractors.
