CurrentI am placed as IT Assistant Manager in Building Management Puri Indah Financial Tower with job role as :- Manage IT team & Vendor (Internet Service Provider, Building System, Lift Access, and Barrier Gate).- Maintenance, monitoring, configure, and troubleshoot for both GPON (Gigabyte Passive OpticalNetwork) physical and its configuration.- Maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshoot PABX, IPTV, and Building CCTV.- Responsible to maintain, configures, and operates Building Access Control System and BuildingAutomation System (BAS).- Maintenance & troubleshoot internal Building Management's IT hardware and networking like Server, PC, notebook, printer, switch, and Mikrotik.- Stock opname Building IT Assets and internal Building Management IT Assets.- Propose IT supply needs, assist the purchasing, and make sure the purchased items are suitable.- Coordinate with all departments and give solution if there is trouble happened with system so that the building operations continue smoothly.
