There I started with contextual advertising in Google and Yandex, then switched to Facebook Ads.A year and a half later, I was appointed acting head of the marketing department. Then we started doing Social Media Marketing for two large-scale projects. And my first task was to organize an SMM system.It was necessary to understand with whom to continue to cooperate, with whom we stop, whom we take into the team, what we publish, and in what quantity. All this had to be organized into a system for further scaling. In the end, everything worked out.Six months later, I became the head of the marketing department.Now we have transferred 90% of all our marketing processes in-house. And I manage the processes of lead generation, targeting, attracting subscribers to social networks, creating content with high Engagment Ratio.And also I manage the organization of design creation, advertising traffic analytics, social media effectiveness, and packaging of short-term advertising projects for seasonal campaigns and webinars.
