As a Technical Account Manager, I have supported several enterprise customers across industries from education to health care and life sciences. Beyond assisting customers in resolving issues, I help their businesses succeed in the cloud by providing guidance and recommendations in the context of their IT environment to save costs, improve redundancy, prevent security issues, and more. I advocate for customers with Service teams, manage the support relationship, and regularly interact with customer contacts ranging from engineers to senior leadership. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I adapted and expanded our broadcast capabilities to continue services without interruption, maintaining a critical connection point for our 400+ members and others nationally who have tuned in.

I consulted on a part-time basis on architectural buildout for a large scale Department of Defense application in AWS GovCloud. As part of the engagement, I provided an audit on areas of improvement and make recommendations on best practices for their AWS environment.

Working across the business with various stakeholders and outside vendors, I was a recognized leader in the corporate Technology Lab, providing subject matter expertise and consulting on several application development projects. I led multiple development teams and introduced agile development practices that sparked transformation within the Project Management Office while expediting delivery of business value by driving continuous improvement in engineering.

Going from sole developer and system administrator to gaining trust of leadership to lead technology direction and development efforts for the company, I not only built the systems and software that drove the business but engaged with leadership in planning and coordinating other business operations including marketing and product development.

Responsible for all programming related to the company's Web site and other properties. Manage company servers and provide on-call issue resolution. Updated company website using Model-View-Control architecture and implemented new design optimized for search engines. Maintain office network and provide technical support to staff. Plan, develop and lead various projects from small to large including a Web application based on the Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) model using a team of offshore developers.

As a founding member of the company, I managed a variety of internal and client web development projects. In addition I managed our hosting infrastructure along with various operational aspects of the business to streamline project management and customer support.
