Managed several large-scale multi-million dollar multi-phased projects under Application and Infrastructure Outsourcing models. Performed project management functions in execution of the project development life cycle model with multiple artifacts delivered against milestones and management objectives for cost, quality, and timeframes, under integrated Enterprise releases targeting Core systems and off-cycle hardware system only deployments.
