In 2006, SLF raised more than $10 million to facilitate its plan of growth leading to an ultimate IPO. In 2006, SLF also raised more than $38 million to acquire and manage more than 4,000 1st and 2nd mortgages with a face value in excess of $114 million. At its peak, South Lake Financial owned four mortgage related companies having $95MM in mortgage banking credit facilities with about 125 employees.

Sybron Dental - manufacturer of high technology dental products and help grow the business to over $500 million in sales. In 2006, Danaher Corporation purchased Sybron for $2.6 billion. Responsible for company wide FPA reporting and implementation of Hyperion Pillar for all global entities in Europe, Mexico and Asia. Developed training materials to guide managers and was lead instructor to the finance team.

Led and managed an accounting staff of 25 that was responsible for general accounting, accounts payable and payroll and was responsible for delivering the monthly global consolidation financials and SEC reporting. Implemented Oracle v10.6 company-wide over a 18 month period that included beta testing, reconciliation and customized reporting templates.
