PINTAR offers short courses for personal and professional development, degree programs with blended or online learning format, and training programs for improving human capital.With daily responsibility such as :- Focuses on establishing corporate culture- Planning, Leading, and evaluating the implementation of employee engagement activities with PINTAR fundamental values- Executing employee engagement designs, especially in internal activities, and through social media.

- Leading five staff in a department which focused in maintenance human resource- Responsible for evaluate and provide an assessment of performance 100+ human resource in organization- Optimizing potential and developing 100+ human resources within the organization- Responsible and supervise for 7 work programs maintenance division

- Person in charge for gathering program in organization- Created and executed 10+ gathering programs offline and online- Concepted the samba program to introduce organization to 400+ business administration students
