This academic work strengthens my ability to lead organizations through today's fast-paced, ever-changing landscape.As the CEO of Wireless Revolution LLC, I’ve successfully raised $7.5 million in start-up capital through private equity under Regulation D, expanded the business to 93 locations, and built a team of over 300 employees. My approach has led to sustained profitability and increased shareholder value. Before this, I founded E Systems Management LLC, where I scaled operations from one to 50 offices, generating over $40 million in annual revenue.With an MBA and a BA in Russian Language and International Politics from Brigham Young University, I bring global insight and practical business know-how to everything I do.Beyond the corporate world, I’m dedicated to making an impact through nonprofit work. As a Board Member of the Tyler Hallsey Foundation, I’ve helped drive strategies and raise capital for childhood cancer awareness.
