This is the career that I really dug in and honed my skills as an influencer and an effective leader. I am very proud to have been honored with the "Rookie GM of the Year Award" at our yearly conference and the "Fleet Commercial Store of the Year Award" twice as well. I went into a very broken store in Georgetown that was achieving just under $1.4 Million.

I started as a part time sales associate and rose through the ranks to become the youngest General Manager in Advance Auto Parts history in 6 months. I enjoyed this position thoroughly due to the team that I built around me. This is the career that taught me how much I love developing people, plans, businesses, sales, profitability and of course customer.
