Led in-plant startup of eight new customer projects over two year period which increased product line sales by 50%. Provided short-term (daily problem solving) and long-term (purchase of Capital Equipment, Tools, and Gauges) for Heat Treat Processes such as Induction Hardening, Induction Annealing, Carburizing, Belt Annealing, Shot Blasts, Coating Systems, and Washers.Developed Projects, obtained funding, and managed the installation and successful startup of a $5M Phoscoating System, $3M Carburizer System, several Induction Hardeners totalling over $2M, and several Washers totalling over $1M.Increased plant capacity (carburizer capacity) 8% in one year period with no additional Capital Equipment.

Maintained and upgraded Fire Protection, Utilities, Foundations, HVAC, Central Coolant Systems, and Cooling Tower Water Systems. Coordinated activities of Outside Contractors with plant manufacturing and maintenance to implement projects with minimum disruption. Implemented OPT (Optimum Production Technique) Scheduling System which reduced Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory by 15% over three year period.Provided weekly and twelve week window schedules for Purchased and Manufactured parts.
