Current• Partner with financial advisors within the territory, helping them grow their business through sales ideas, client meetings, highly effective seminar presentations and working to overcome objections. • Work to build strong, profitable personal and professional relationships with the top financial advisors in the territory. • Successfully mentor 4-6 associates for a 6-month period for the last 2 years, coaching on topics including wholesaling, leadership and conflict resolution.• Coordinate, host and speak at anywhere from 3 to 4 large-scale conferences with 100-300 individual in attendance per year. Notable achievements while in the position has included:- Developed and executed strategy that successfully turned-around an underperforming territory, producing $1.2B+ in sales. - Produced 250% in new sales while increasing market share by 35%+.- Selected to participate in the “On Purpose Leaders” group, a group which helps the company grow its culture, deepen its purpose and expand the value proposition beyond the product offering. - Drove an increase in the professional growth of internal sales partners, 75% of which have received external sales promotions. - Played a key role in creating the national sales meeting theme which came to fruition at the main national meeting.
