I am passionate about technology and innovation, working as a data analyst, I have used tools like a relational database, Excel, Tableau, SQL, R, and Python. I also have knowledge in IT support specialist, worked on different systems, like upgrading formatting, changing the parts and components, network and system diagnostic before repairs, I also have skills in Digital forensics working with Wireshark, FTK manager, autopsy, to preserve, identify, extract, and document computer and mobile evidence for law procedures. I have worked as an IT programs instructor with Cisco, Denor Tec Hub, and also developed websites and designed a few graphics. With good customer services experience by working in the bank as a customer service officer and have developed myself more on customer relationships. and I am also a team player, even though I can still meet targets working alone.
