My profession that has been around from the bible days and has many skills and even more for job description, In a nut shell I cater to guest every needs providing them with all they need while in my care. Its not just serving, the act of servicing whether it be booking of all restaurant reservations, tours excursions or giving that wow moment when you get back and your balcony is set for a family of eight to dine. The little things like ensuring the babys allergy requirements are met or leaving detailed planning for the entire stay. Nothing to big or to small.
