- Document and/or review internal business and technical requirements to support new products and solutions for business as usual system enhancements/resolutions.- Assist business managers in the assessment of requirements for major Projects and participate in technical solution design, review, testing, and implementation plans as needed. - Oversee business as usual testing on behalf of the business and, as needed, assist in the validation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Support the business in identifying, investigating, and recommending potential resolution approach for gaps in the systems infrastructure, specific system operation, and/or data quality.- Document and track all outstanding Business as Usual fixes and enhancements to systems infrastructure and applications.- Lead the implementation within the value stream of enterprise architecture.Liaise with associated agile lab/project delivery team (Programme Management Office / Enterprise Systems).- Supervise the activities of the team members ensuring quality and adherence to defined and agreed SLAs- Be a part of the selection panel for team selection.
