At HOFOR I was the primary employee responsible for the internal and external reporting for the 16 water companies, inluding yearly financial statements, regulatory reporting etc.When I worked at HOFOR A/S the water industry was facing new regulation. This meant that HOFOR had to adapt its business, optimize its financial management etc. so as to be able to achieve its strategic goals. Those being climate adaptation in the cities, renovation of the water supply and the implementation of ”softer water.” In connection with this I was responsible for implementation of an optimized internal manegement reporting focusing on risk, liquidity and in general financial consequences of dicisions. In addition i was a part of optimizing the general framework that the companies in general has to work within. I participated in industry forums to present and discuss challenges and solutions from an HOFOR perspective. In this I helped shape the direction of the regulation in general as well as its standards. The results I achieved encouraged HOFOR to nominate me for the Berlingske Talent 100 in april 2018 and promoted me to Senior Consultant.
