Chief Technology Officer
Current• In my tenure as CTO at SandSIV, I've taken a holistic approach to leadership, focusing on both technical and strategic elements. Upon being promoted, I was met with the task of rejuvenating our development processes and setting a new direction for the R&D team. Recognizing the limitations of a module-based team structure, I led a shift to a technology-centric approach. This transition not only enhanced our code integrity but also offered increased flexibility in development and a more cohesive QA process.• The technology landscape is ever-evolving, and keeping pace with it is essential. Under my guidance, SandSIV adopted Kubernetes, a step that considerably improved our development and QA testing efficiency. Moreover, in our pursuit of greater flexibility and efficiency, I steered the product's migration to Google Cloud. However, mindful of costs, continual optimization has been a focal point to ensure prudent resource utilization.• Client relationships have always been at the heart of our business model. From a modest base of seven clients in 2016, our clientele has grown five-fold, now encompassing around fifty diverse clients, including several multinational corporations.• A critical aspect of my leadership has been nurturing talent and promoting a growth mindset. I firmly believe in providing opportunities for internal growth, and this philosophy has cultivated a motivated and dedicated team.• The challenges of the past years, including the global pandemic and geopolitical issues, tested our adaptability and resilience. We successfully transitioned to a fully remote working model, ensuring that our operations remained uninterrupted and our clients continuously supported.• On the certification front, in 2020, we achieved ISO 27001 certification, affirming our commitment to information security. More recently, we've further solidified our dedication to security and privacy by obtaining ISO 27001, 27701, 27017, and 27018 certifications.
